Troubleshooting
- Formatting (tables, images) didn't carry over.
- This tool extracts text and renders to clean PDF pages. Complex layouts (tables, embedded images, columns, headers/footers) are not preserved. Use the desktop Word "Save As PDF" for full fidelity.
- Vietnamese / accented characters look wrong.
- The bundled font (Be Vietnam Pro) supports full Vietnamese and most Latin scripts. If you see broken characters, the source document may have non-Unicode text — re-save the .docx in Word first.
- PDF is very long compared to the Word doc.
- The tool wraps text to A4 width at 11pt without honouring the original page breaks. For paginated output matching the Word layout, use desktop Word.
Frequently Asked Questions
